Our unique range of decor & props are exclusively available form Rustic Rentals & may be hired to decorate any event space.

OUR Wedding styling Service

Our wedding styling service is available for couples needing help styling their decor.

Styling Consultations are available from £40 per hour.
We can offer a fixed fee for full styling including an individual look book £400

Is for couples needing an extra hand on the day to do the styling and setting up the hire decor and props.

The investment is from £200 for 3 hours set up on the day.
On the day styling and set up which includes 6 hours on the day set up. The investment is from £400.

Booking & FAQ’s

We love to take our time with your viewing and be able to offer you advice so we ask for a £40 initial consulation fee per hour for a consultation where we get to be creative - discuss your plans and play with the props. This is via appointment only.
You are welcome to book the props online without a consultation fee. I send you our booking request form to complete and then send you back the quote.
We are increasingly being asked to do styling consultations by phone and there is an initial £40 an hour fee to arrange a phone consultation.
There is a £250 minimum hire charge for bare hire prop hire sadly it is not competitive for us to prepare orders under this amount.
In North Bristol In Thornbury - 15 minutes from Bristol and near M4 and M5 Interchange- just off the M5
For Saturday events the hire period will be from Thursday until Monday. Other dates by arrangement - we aim to be as flexible as possible.
We can offer delivery and collection on orders over £400 subject to availability - the cost of delivery and collection will be based on mileage & the time from our base in Olveston to the agreed delivery & collection point. Its 45p per mile plus our delivery drivers time charge.
For orders £250 or under its collection and return to our base only
Collection and return for customers is normally from our unit in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire.
A minimum 50% booking fee is required for all orders. To confirm any order the booking fee is paid along with the agreement to our quote. The booking fee is non-refundable and the consultation fee is non refundable.
Full payment to be received 4 weeks before the event date. No exchange of items will take place without full receipt of the payment and the damage deposit.
Payment is to be to be made by BACS.
We require damage deposit payment which is to be paid 4 weeks before the event this will depend on the value of the items hired - 30% of the replacement value .
If items are damaged - The replacement value as identified on your quote will be deducted from the damage deposit. The items will be invoiced at the price stated at the time of booking. Any amount in excess of the damage deposit will be invoiced and is to be paid within 7 days.
Cleaning of props and damage, repainting is charged at £40 an hour plus any materials cost to repair.
We will ask for contact details, venue address and phone numbers on booking .
• Please pack all items in the containers provided in the same way as you received them. Packaging is to be rey-turned and there is a charge fo any missing or damaged packing. Packing crates are £40 each to repalce.
All items are to be returned in the same condition as when hired and are to be clean, stain and wax free when returned.
We accept no responsibility for injury caused as a result of hiring and using our decor and props to any person, place or thing during the hire period. All items hired are the responsibility of the hirer until they are returned. We recommend that you have insurance to cover this.
If an item you have booked is damaged or lost prior to your hire taking place you will be informed and we will make every effort to replace the item like for like. As many items are one offs this may not be possible or if this is unsatisfactory, you will be entitled to a refund for that item only. No further compensation will be due.
For hire only there is a minimum hire value of £250.
Delivery can be requested for orders over £400 and is an additional charge subject to availability.
Subject to availability and our discretion orders under £250 may be possible and are subject to an additional cost over the hire costs for admin, collection and packing costs. May not be available for peak weekends.
